We are in search of a Catering Events Manager for an industry-leading Best in Class Catering Company located in Northern IL. The position will be responsible for the execution of all off-site Banquets, Catering, and deliveries while working closely with the Event Operations Manager and ownership Catering Banquet Captain Responsibilities: • Manage and plan and direct event operations • Oversee all off-site banquet service operations • Work closely with Event Planner to ensure flawless execution of the event • Overseeing the event staff.
