Sushi Kitchen Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Oversee and lead the kitchen team of approximately 14 BOH staff • Maintain high standards in food preparation, safety, and cleanliness • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls • Train and develop team members, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen culture • Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational and financial targets • Support take-out and delivery operations alongside dine-in service This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact with an established and expanding restaurant group.
