We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding and other production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do • Troubleshoot and repair production and injection molding equipment • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues • Troubleshoot servos, sensors, motor drives, temperature controllers, and control components • Perform preventive maintenance and help minimize equipment downtime • Use meters, gauges, and diagnostic tools to identify equipment problems • Troubleshoot computer-based controllers and basic PLC logic • Identify root causes of equipment failures and production issues • Support equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation What We're Looking For • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and controls • Basic understanding of PLC programming and logic • Injection molding or plastics manufacturing experience is a plus • Technical degree or related training preferred What We Offer Medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, educational reimbursement, quarterly profit-sharing opportunity, and opportunities for career growth.
