What We're Looking For • 3-5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. • Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams. • Strong understanding of restaurant financials and P&L management. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and restaurant technology. • Food Safety Certification preferred.
