We are seeking an experienced sous chef with exceptional culinary fundamentals to join our Houston Team as a Sous Chef. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in the day-to-day culinary operations at a high-end, casual dining concept known for its exceptional cuisine. Experienced Sous Chef – Requirements & Qualifications • 3+ years of sous chef experience in casual fine dining venues. • Strong culinary fundamentals with high-volume kitchen experience - 200+ seats or more. • Leadership experience—ability to inspire, coach, and elevate junior chefs. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven kitchen environment. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset. • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory, ordering, and sanitation standards. • Passion for excellence, discipline, and continuous improvement.
