Daily Responsibilities • Field Work: Spend 1–2 days per week on-site conducting investigations, taking statements, capturing scene photos, and identifying causes of loss. • Resolution & Recovery: Independently negotiate, settle complex claims, and pursue subrogation/third-party recoveries. • Documentation: Maintain concise file summaries. Position Requirements • Experience: 3+ years of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation claims experience. • Skills: Strong independent negotiation capabilities in Workers Compensation coverages. • Travel: Comfort driving locally within the assigned regional territory in the Philadelphia area.
