Board Certified Behavior Analyst Benefits • Base salary up to $85K • Comprehensive Health Benefits are paid at 75% by the employer • Free On-site childcare for staff • PTO and a Flexible Schedule • Retirement (company contribution) and Life Insurance (paid at 100% by employer) • Ongoing learning and development opportunities • Supportive and Collaborative Environment Board Certified Behavior Analyst Requirements • Must pass required state and company background checks • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis • Board Certified or in the process (we will help you complete your certification!) • Experience working with children in clinic and/or at-home settings • 1-2+ years of ABA experience • Be able to work onsite (mostly) or in the home • Genuine passion for helping children Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities • Conduct FBAs and develop and implement BIPs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. • Supervise and train registered behavior RBTs in implementing BIPs. • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure children receive comprehensive and coordinated services. • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary modifications to BIPs. • Staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
