Director of Training and Development Responsibilities • Lead restaurant management training and development programs. • Develop training materials, tools, SOPs, and certifications. • Conduct field visits, operational inspections, and leadership coaching. • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans. • Connect restaurant operations, P&L performance, and business results.
