We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. This is an opportunity to join a great team with an amazing culture Accounts Payable Clerk Key Responsibilities • All phases of Accounts Payable including review and verification of invoice submissions, daily data entry, weekly check run and ACH payment processing and filing • Reconciliation of vendor statements and general ledger • Month-end accrual journal entries and posting to general ledger • Year-end 1099’s • Special projects as requested by management Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications • Minimum 4 years General Ledger accounting experience in a multi-company environment • ACCPAC experience preferred • Excellent calculator and computer skills including email, MS Excel and Word • Ability to work independently, prioritize work to meet strict deadlines and execute tasks with great attention to detail, accuracy, speed, and efficiency • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills If this opportunity interests you and you would love to hear more, please contact me at [email protected].
