We are seeking an experienced Offsite Catering Sales Manager to drive new business growth and expand our presence throughout the local market. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record in catering sales, enjoys networking in the community, and thrives on building lasting client relationships. What You'll Do • Generate new offsite catering business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement. • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, venues, schools, nonprofits, and local businesses. • Respond promptly to inquiries and create customized catering proposals and contracts. • Conduct sales calls, site visits, networking events, and client meetings to identify opportunities and close business. • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and accurately track sales activity within the CRM system. • Represent the company professionally within the community and at industry events. What We're Looking For • Minimum of 2-3 years of catering sales experience with a catering company in the local market. • Proven success in business development, networking, relationship building, and closing sales. • Strong understanding of offsite catering operations and event planning. • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system.
