Regional Automotive Service & Reconditioning Manager – Requirements • Five or more years of progressive automotive operations leadership experience. • Proven success leading multiple service centers or operational locations. • Strong knowledge of used vehicle service and reconditioning operations. • Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance. • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel regionally.
