Wyoming – Cardiothoracic Surgery • An independent, county-owned community hospital is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-established and growing cardiac and pulmonary program. Position Responsibilities: • Perform a full range of cardiothoracic procedures, including CABG, valve repair and replacement, segmentectomies, lobectomies, VATS, and other cardiac and thoracic surgeries • Participate in a growing thoracic surgery program • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiology, anesthesia, critical care, pulmonology, and nursing • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies • Willingness to participate in vascular surgery call is preferred Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary • $20,000 commencement/sign-on bonus • $10,000 relocation bonus • 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match • $3,500 CME allowance plus 5 additional CME PTO days • Robust comprehensive benefits package • Immigration assistance available, if needed • ANCC Magnet-designated hospital • This opportunity is ideal for a cardiothoracic surgeon seeking a stable, well-supported practice with growth potential in both cardiac and thoracic surgery within a mission-driven organization.
