Details about the opportunity/NICU are listed below: • 9-bed Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), equipped with the latest technology and resources to provide top-tier care and a 7-bed step down area making 16 total beds • Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during day, NNP in house at night • 24 hr. shifts for NNPs, but shifts can be bundled to accommodate scheduling • Be a part of a dynamic and caring neonatology team, making a difference in the lives of premature and critically ill infants • Enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment that values your expertise and dedication • Access cutting-edge medical technology and resources to provide the best possible care for your patients • Benefit from opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization Responsibilities include: • Delivery attendance • Day-to-day management of NICU • Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds to provide collaborative, team-based care of NICU patients including but not limited to ventilator management, nutrition management, lab review, and meeting with families • Help facilitate and manage patient transports of appropriate gestational age for our level III NICU.
