Family Practitioner w/ER Experience Needed – 40 Minutes From Tulsa • Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner with ER experience to join their team • Hourly rate: $150-150/hr with 2-year guarantee (time and a half on holidays) • 4.2 FTE currently work in ED with one physician on per shift • Option for 12 or 24-hour shifts with shift change at 0700 or 1900 • Average daily patient census: 20-25 • Opening available mid to late June 2026 • Full benefits package offered including medical, dental and malpractice coverage, 457B retirement plan, CME allowance and more! • Student loan repayment offered • Located 25 minutes from Muskogee and 40 minutes from Tulsa • Major Airport offered in Tulsa with direct flights to over 25 major US cities and Cancun, Mexico • No visa sponsorship available Fellowship: Skill: Emergency Medicine
