Employed Primary care openings in Northern Michigan – FQHC setting • Regional FQHC is looking to add additional primary care providers • Outpatient only setting with no call • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training required. Must be BE/BC • Group has 13 total clinics in Northern Michigan. • E-Clinical works EMR • Base salary is guaranteed for 3 years plus WRVU bonus incentives and another $20,000 in quality measures. Negotiable salary starting at $216,000/annually • Paid Medical, dental, malpractice, life insurance, LTD, STD, 401K with 3% match and 30 days of PTO.
