Orthopedic Surgery – Northeastern Minnesota An established, multi-specialty regional healthcare network is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a dedicated surgical team. This position serves a diverse and expansive patient population within a collaborative, well-supported medical community in Northeast Minnesota. Practice Specifics • Comprehensive Network: The regional system comprises multiple community hospitals, an ambulatory surgery center, numerous outpatient clinics, and long-term care facilities. • Established Referral Base: The local multi-specialty hub includes over 25 providers across primary care, sports medicine, general surgery, and various specialties, providing a robust built-in referral pipeline. • On-Site Support: Benefit from a dedicated Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA-C) and an experienced, close-knit orthopedic surgical staff. • Advanced Technology: Access to modern diagnostic and surgical equipment, including a Stryker MAKO robotic platform, multi-slice CT, and a 1.5 Tesla MRI. • Collaborative Network: Flexible call requirements with the ability to easily collaborate and transfer complex cases to a nearby Level 1 trauma center. • Rehabilitation: Excellent regional physical and occupational therapy services are available on-site and throughout the service area. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $715,013 • Additional Incentives: Eligible for production-based compensation, quality incentives, and potential bonuses.
