Urology – Northeastern Minnesota A dynamic, multi-specialty group in Northeastern Minnesota is seeking an enthusiastic, patient-centered Urologist to join an established practice. This position offers the opportunity to step into a supportive, team-oriented environment alongside existing in-house Urologists and a comprehensive network of specialists and allied health providers. Practice Highlights • Collaborative Environment: Join a robust 26-member multi-specialty group encompassing internal medicine, family practice, ENT, anesthesia, dermatology, general surgery, pediatrics, ophthalmology, occupational medicine, OB/GYN, pathology, primary care/sports medicine, and 10 allied health professionals. • Comprehensive Care: Provide a broad scope of Urology services to a diverse patient population, including adults and some pediatric/teen patients. • Modern Facilities & Advanced Tech: Work out of a state-of-the-art clinic featuring a full-service laboratory, radiology, retail pharmacy, optical shop, physical therapy, Cancer Center, and a Regional Heart Center. The facility is certified as HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 for both Inpatient and Ambulatory services, and it comes fully equipped with a DaVinci robot, GE multi-slice CT scanner, and a 1.5 Tesla MRI. • Balanced Schedule: Benefit from a highly manageable call schedule of 1:7 for both weekdays and weekends, promoting an excellent work-life balance. Requirements • Education/Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Urology. Both experienced physicians and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. • Clinical Experience: Experience with pediatric patients is a plus, though not strictly required. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $579,000 • Additional Incentives: Hired candidates may be eligible for further compensation via bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based structures.
