Family Medicine – Northern Minnesota An established primary care team in Northern Minnesota is seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join an expanding outpatient practice. Practice Overview • Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE) with 36 patient contact hours per week. • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. • Care Setting: Primarily outpatient clinic-based with occasional regional outreach to neighboring community clinics. • Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC • Patient Volume: Averaging 16–22 patients per day. • Call Coverage: Approximately 1:10 telephone-only call, including weekend/overnight call rotation roughly one evening per month. • Procedures: Opportunities to perform in-clinic procedures including joint injections, colposcopy, Nexplanon, and IUD placements. Candidate Requirements • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine. • Strong commitment to community-based patient care.
