Family Medicine – Northern Minnesota An established, progressive primary care team is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician. This well-respected outpatient practice includes a collaborative team of physicians and nurse practitioners, backed by comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic support services such as pharmacy, infusion, and adult/pediatric rehabilitative services. Mentoring is available for new graduates. Practice Details: • Outpatient only with a flexible schedule (0.6 to 1.0 FTE). • 36 patient contact hours per week. • ZERO call requirement. All after-hours calls are managed by a dedicated, separate call team (excluding optional services). • OB is completely optional. • Full access to visiting specialists, including Orthopedics, Oncology, General Surgery, Cardiology, Urology, and more. • Utilizes EPIC electronic medical records. • Offers the charm of a hometown environment with the robust support of a large health system. Requirements: • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Location: • Situated in a historic Northern Minnesota community known for its scenic lakes, forests, and extensive outdoor recreation (hunting, fishing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling). • Located approximately 75 miles northwest of the Duluth/Superior area near the wilderness of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. • Family-friendly region with excellent public and private schools, a community college, and a diverse cultural community. • Local population of approximately 18,000 with a total service area of 52,000.
