Rheumatology – North Dakota/Minnesota Border • Practice Structure: Join an established team consisting of one collaborative Rheumatologist and three Nurse Practitioners with dedicated support staff. • Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday with no call requirements. • Patient Volume: 15 to 17 patients per day. • Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Rheumatology. • Location Highlights: Centrally located in a metro area of 225,000 on the North Dakota and Minnesota border, roughly 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul. • Base Salary: $295,198. • Additional Compensation: Eligibility for bonus structures, quality incentives, or production-based compensation. • Benefits Package: 6+ weeks of vacation, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and a relocation package. • Employer Type: Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
