Ophthalmology – ND/MN Border Region • Position: Full-time (1.0 FTE) Ophthalmology physician. • Practice: Join an established, diverse, and collaborative team of three optometrists, a dedicated RN, and experienced imaging technicians. • Equipment: State-of-the-art clinic and OR technology including Optos with FA & ICG, Lenstar, OCT & OCT-A, VF, topography, and Centurion phaco system. • Schedule: Four clinic days and one OR day per week. • Facilities: Dedicated in-clinic procedure room available. • Call: Shared call coverage with other community ophthalmologists. • Opportunity: Potential for future outreach opportunities. • Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Ophthalmology. • Location: Centrally located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota, approximately 3.5 hours northwest of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. • Service Area: Regional network consisting of 25 clinics and 5 hospitals, serving a metro population of approximately 225,000. • Compensation: Base salary of $452,000 with eligibility for additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation. • Benefits: Comprehensive packages including a starting bonus, relocation assistance, dedicated CME benefits, and malpractice insurance.
