Anesthesiology – Northeastern Minnesota • Case Volume: Generates approximately 2,200 cases per month across a high-acuity surgical schedule. • Scope of Practice: Covers General, Trauma, Ortho, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Pediatrics, and Regional anesthesia (excludes only transplants and pediatric hearts). • Care Model: Medically directed care model collaborating closely with CRNAs. • Team Structure: Joins a stable, well-established group of 22 anesthesiologists. • Clinical Facilities: Care is provided across multiple regional facilities, including a Level I Trauma tertiary hospital (340+ beds, newly opened in 2023), a secondary hospital (160+ beds), an outpatient endoscopy center, and multiple multi-OR surgery centers. • Program Accolades: Affiliated with a top 100 interventional cardiac program, a top 100 joint replacement program, and a facility achieved at HIMSS EMRAM Level 7. • Location & Amenities: Based in a scenic metro area with a population of approximately 85,000 (and a regional service area of over 450,000). • Travel Access: Conveniently located near an international airport within a 2-hour drive for easy travel connections. • Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Anesthesiology. • Compensation: Base salary of $595,200 with additional eligibility for bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
