Outpatient pediatric practice in North Florida • 10 office locations in North Florida • Clinic is located 80 miles to Jacksonville, FL and 150 miles to Orlando, FL • 1 hour and 10-minute drive from Gainesville, FL • Group has 4 Pediatric NP providers in this office now • Guaranteed base salary of $200,000 per year. • Rural Health clinic with NHSC loan repayment • Group has several clinic sites in the region. • Outpatient only pediatrics with no inpatient rounds • Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5 pm plus one weekend clinic every 6 weekend from 9 am – 2 pm • Paid malpractice, health insurance and benefits plan • 20 days of PTO • Patient encounter bonus above 22 patients paid at $10 per patient over. Will be over $3,000 bonus. • Quarterly bonuses available • Group has a total of 7 physicians and 14 APP’s • J-1 visa sponsorship available through the HHS waiver program.
