Primary Care NP/PA – FQHC in Northern California • Federally Qualified Health Center seeks a BC/BE Primary Care NP/PA to join their team • Base salary: 145K – $160K • Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm • Providers typically work 4 days per week and see 16-18 patients per day • No call – outpatient only • Group has 3 medical clinics within 30 minutes of each other – most providers rotate through two sites • EMR: Athena Practice (implementing Epic in 2027) • Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, accrued PTO (up to 112 hours in year 1, cap of 240 hours after 5 years of employment), paid sick leave, 11 paid holidays, CME time and allowance, 403b, life insurance, and more! • Non-Profit FQHC and NHSC eligible site for loan repayment.
