Family Medicine APP – Coastal Oregon • 1.0 FTE (34 patient facing hours per week 4.5 work days) • Clinic is open Monday-Friday • 16-18 patients per day • Phone call schedule/coverage is shared by all primary care providers Job Requirements • Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented. • Eligibility to work in the United States • Graduate of an accredited Physician Associate program/Nurse Practitioner program • Licensed in the State of Oregon • Two years experience required Fellowship: Skill: FP
