Outpatient Family Medicine Physician – Oregon Coast • 4-5 days a week, no weekends. • Established practice with experienced physicians. • Opportunity to engage with residents. • Onsite enhanced care team including Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Nurses and a Care Coordinator. • Telephone call only, with nurse triage. • Treat patients ages 18+ • 16-18 patients per day.
