Hospitalist – Southwest Oregon • 7 on/7 off daytime schedule • Group is open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine training. Will be adult only patients as the hospital has pediatricians to cover inpatient peds. • Must be Board eligible/certified. • Base salary: $343,142 • WRVU bonus system once median is achieved. • Average 13-15 patients per day. • Open ICU setting but there is physician coverage in the ICU, and it is not required to see ICU patients. If a candidate wants to cover ICU that is an option. Option to do procedures if desired but they are not required • Athena Health EMR • Group has 60+ providers in the group total. Group offers primary care and urgent care services. Will be taking care of the groups inpatients only. • No visa sponsorship available for this position. • Medical, Dental, Vision (paid for family also) and 401K with 6% match offered. 184 hours of PTO and malpractice coverage • Flexible with immediate start date or willing to wait until the Summer of 2026 for graduating physicians. • HPSA score of 14.
