NP/PA Openings – Greater Phoenix Metro Area • Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system seeks BC Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Adult-Gerontology NPs, or Physician Assistants (PAs) for outpatient primary care • Competitive base salary offered plus annual productivity incentives – to be discussed with employer directly • Full-time schedule structured as either four 10-hour or five 8-hour shift templates with dedicated administrative time (4-5 hours weekly) built into template for charting, diagnostic reviews, and care management • Average patient volume of 18 to 22 patients per day across the lifespan (or adult focus for AGNP) • 30-minute appointment slots for new/complex patients; 15-to-20-minute slots for routine follow-ups and acute care • Phone-only outpatient call rotation with zero hospital rounding or inpatient duties with after-hours patient phone calls filtered through an integrated nurse triage system • Scope includes management of acute/chronic conditions, preventive wellness, family planning, LARC procedures, and minor in-office procedures • Full benefits offered for full-time employees including negotiable sign-on, relocation, PTO, malpractice through the FTCA, CME time and allowance, and more! • Positions qualify for Federal (NHSC) and State student loan repayment programs • Positions available at 6 locations in the greater Metro Phoenix area Fellowship: Skill: Geriatrics
