Hospitalist-Rural Central Kentucky • Employed practice seeks a BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join their team as a hospitalist • Base: $307.000 (W-2) • Sign-on: $25,000 • 168 shifts annually • 12-hour shifts 7am-7pm Back-up nights every other night when working “phone call” • Average of 15-18 patients census per provider • 8-15 admits per day split evenly • Shifts include 2 physicians and 1 APP • Procedures are not required • Coverage includes medical/surgical inpatients units, swing bed program and 8-bed ICU • Service population around 110,000 • Physicians coordinate patient transfers to Louisville and Lexington • Full benefits offered including malpractice, stipend for holding the page, retirement plan, quality bonus, loan repayment and more! • Low cost of living, strong housing market, diversity and great schools make this a great place to live. • 1.5 hours to Lexington and Louisville • Both locations offer airports • No visa sponsorship offered Fellowship: Skill:
