There are currently 3 employed, and 1 private Gastroenterologist in the community who all share in call. Open to bread and butter, or someone with ERCP and EUS experience. Reason for recruitment is retirement and there is no GI within 90 minutes of Montgomery doing EUS. • Seeking board certified or eligible Gastroenterologists • 2 year guarantee • wRVU bonus paid quarterly • Sign On/Commencement bonus • 4 Endoscopy rooms in the ASC, 3 in the hospital • 1:5 call now, will be 1:6 with new hire • APP support • 40-45 patients a week in clinic • Booking through 2 months in advance • Advanced trained providers will have the program built around them. 1 other doing ERCP currently, none doing EUS Alabama's state Capitol!
