About the Opportunity: • 12-hour and 24-hour inpatient shifts available • 868-bed tertiary academic center with a Level 1 Trauma Center and a Level 4 NICU • This site is responsible for the training of the 40 OB-GYN residents • Provide call coverage and L&D support • Care for inpatient OB and GYN patients and provide OB and GYN consultations on the floor and in the Emergency Department • Overseeing residents, fellows, midwives, or advanced practice nurses • Member and leader of the OB Rapid Response Team • Member of patient safety and quality review committees • Implementing quality programs and evidence-based medicine • Extensive support from OB/GYN subspecialties, including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Minimally Invasive Gynecology • Robust salary, generous paid time off, and retirement plans.
