The Health Center offers comprehensive care, including adult/pediatric medicine, dental care, behavioral health services, chronic disease management, nutrition counseling, substance use recovery services, interpreter services, WIC services, laboratory services, and imaging services. About the Opportunity: • 32 clinical hours per week • Total outpatient.
