To provide timely maintenance services that enhance plant productivity which also supports to organization’s operational goals. Your Responsibilities: · Executes the assigned work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with HITACHI Energy standard processes and safety guidelines. · The job includes regular standard maintenance of the equipment. · Routine maintenance activities in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance. · Operates within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area. · Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. · Track maintenance KPIs like MTBF, MTTR, downtime and spare parts usage · Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns · Good basic communication skills to co-ordinate with cross functional team · Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues · To handle shifts individually · Basic knowledge of 5S activities · Maintain machine checklist and record machine history Your Background Diploma or Degree with Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering 4-5 years of working experience as Shop Engineering preferably in Transformer Industry Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
