You will guide and develop skilled maintenance technicians while partnering closely with production, engineering, and EHS teams to maximize uptime and performance. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and inter-nal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How you’ll make an impact Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians across disciplines Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure quality, timely execution Partner with production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability Use CMMS/EAM systems to manage work orders, backlog, and asset data Support reliability programs including root cause analysis and KPI tracking Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, or RCM principles Manage spare parts, maintenance costs, and vendor coordination Your background Associate’s degree or technical certification in a relevant field; bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment 2+ years in a supervisory, lead, or maintenance planning role Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience with CMMS tools such as SAP PM, eMaint, or similar Knowledge of OSHA requirements, LOTO, and industrial safety best practices More about us Be part of Hitachi Energy’s mission to advance a sustainable energy future Grow your career through learning, leadership development, and global opportunities Work in an inclusive, safety-first culture that values collaboration and innovation
