Job Summary Responsible for obtaining and documenting health and occupational health history, including performing annual health requirements. Provides assistance in alternate duty assignments, immunizations, vaccinations, reviewing and communicating lab results, and data collection and reporting. Qualifications • BA Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. Required • 1-3 years Minimum of 2 years prior nursing experience with experience in occupational health preferred.
