As RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with clinical management and administrative coordination for the Century City Primary, Immediate and Multi-Specialty Care clinic. The position is a combination of clinical (direct patient care) and administrative nursing responsibilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Oversee daily clinical operations including supply management and workflow coordination to ensure efficient clinic performance. • Provide triage support and direct patient care as needed to maintain safe and timely service delivery. • Supervise, coach, and mentor clinical staff; conduct training, competency assessments, and performance evaluations. • Support recruitment efforts including interviewing, onboarding, and developing new clinical team members. • Work alongside providers and clinical staff on the floor, assisting with procedures, medication verification for MA staff, rooming patients, and conducting nurse visits. • Ensure clinical workflows, processes, and equipment remain compliant, safe, and aligned with regulatory and organizational standards in collaboration with Ambulatory Nursing leadership. • Monitor operational efficiency to reduce overtime, decrease patient wait times, and improve overall patient, staff, and provider satisfaction. Salary Range $ 132,300.00 - $307,100.00/annually Required: • Current California RN License • BSN or MSN • 3 years of recent RN ambulatory experience, preferably in an urgent care or emergency department setting (staff nurse/charge nurse/manager) • Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross Preferred: • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
