UCLA Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Radiologist to join our growing team in a fully remote position. This role offers the opportunity to practice diagnostic radiology within a collaborative, high-volume environment, supported by the resources of a leading academic health system. This position is designed for radiologists who enjoy a broad scope of practice, with flexibility to incorporate subspecialty interests such as musculoskeletal (MSK), body imaging, or chest/abdominal radiology. Physicians will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely, high-quality imaging interpretation and support patient care across a diverse clinical population. This is a clinically focused position with no required teaching or research responsibilities, offering physicians the opportunity to focus on clinical practice while remaining connected to the expertise and resources of an academic health system. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The target salary range for this position is $550,000-600,000 annual base salary. Productivity models, Quality Incentives, and additional income channels will be determined per the direction of the Department Chair. Anticipated total annual compensation, inclusive of these additional earnings, is approximately $600,000–$700,000. • MD or DO • Board Certified/Eligible in Radiology • An active/eligible California medical license • Strong general radiology skillset across multiple modalities Preferred Qualifications: • Fellowship training or demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal (MSK), body imaging, or chest/abdominal radiology • Interest in working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
