Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager based in Reamstown, PA. The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization achieves its on-time delivery targets, maintains high inventory accuracy, and supports continuous improvement aligned with long-term business objectives. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $95,000 - $115,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do • Strategically lead the plant’s material handling, shipping & receiving, and cycle counting teams, ensuring seamless and accurate material flow to support daily production and customer requirements • Develop, coach, and empower a team of 8-10 and contingent staff, fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating lean principles, dMS methodologies, and best practices across material flow processes • Implement and sustain robust inventory control processes, leveraging cycle counting programs and systemic controls to achieve high levels of accuracy What we require • 5+ years in manufacturing/distribution management roles • 5+ years of overall warehouse management, logistics, and materials handling experience • Bachelor’s degree required (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines) What we prefer • APICS CPIM • Master’s degree • Lean and/or Six Sigma certification • Experience managing multiple sites/location simultaneously What we offer • Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
