Responsibilities include: • Cleaning customer homes using the Molly Maid system • Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces • Delivering excellent customer service • Working efficiently as part of a team • Taking pride in detailed, high-quality work Team members who demonstrate reliability and leadership may grow into Route Leader roles, which include: • Driving the company vehicle • Managing the daily route schedule • Maintaining equipment and supplies • Supporting team productivity and quality This Job Is a Great Fit If You… Enjoy working with a team Like staying active and moving throughout the day Take pride in doing quality work Enjoy helping people Are dependable and positive Want an opportunity to grow into a leadership role Job Requirements To be considered for this position: • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must pass a background check • Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, lifting, reaching) • Must be available Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30am – 6:00pm • Bilingual preferred but not required • Valid driver’s license preferred (for team leader opportunities) Ready for a Fresh Start?
