Please read full job description before applying or submitting candidates: • Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, and/or require no sponsorship of any kind now or in the future. • In order to be considered, candidates will need experience within the corrugate industry including converting machines (BHS specifically). • Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a supervisory and/or Team Lead role with industry experience Background qualifications: • Corrugate industry experience including a facility that leads in the conversion of paper to box • Strong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systems Day to Day duties: • Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs • Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met, and kept within proper thresholds • Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve standards such as safety, machinery, and plant downtime • Help Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management
