Must-Haves • 5+ years of construction project management experience • 5+ years in lead drafting/detailing roles (Project Coordinator, Lead Modeler, or Checker) • Proven track record managing budgets, client relationships, and project teams • Certificate or diploma in civil or structural steel drafting/detailing, engineering, or similar • Training in 3D modeling software such as Tekla, AutoCAD, or Navisworks • Primavera or Microsoft Project proficiency Strong Advantage • Steel detailing experience • Familiarity with ProSteel, StruCAD, Revit, or AutoPLANT About the Company A global leader in structural steel detailing, BIM, and virtual design and construction services. The Opportunity You will own projects end to end, from scope and planning through delivery and reporting. You will lead a dedicated project team, manage client relationships, and help shape proposals, tenders, and consulting reports.
