About the Clinic
This is a concierge-style outpatient injury rehabilitation practice focused on providing highly personalized care to patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents and orthopedic injuries. The clinic takes a white-glove approach to rehabilitation, emphasizing individualized treatment and strong patient relationships. The environment is professional and offers a comfortable clinical pace, allowing clinicians to focus on each patient while maintaining a high degree of independence in their practice.
The Position
The PT will primarily work with patients experiencing spine and neck injuries, shoulder conditions, joint and soft-tissue injuries, pain, mobility limitations, and other musculoskeletal conditions following accidents.
Treatment may include:
• Manual therapy
• Therapeutic exercise
• Strengthening and stabilization
• Mobility and range-of-motion restoration
• Orthopedic injury rehabilitation
• Pain and functional rehabilitation
• Dry needling
• Shockwave therapy
• Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy

Qualifications
• DPT or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for PT licensure in Colorado

• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, and/or injury rehabilitation preferred
• Experience with dry needling, shockwave therapy, and/or BFR is highly desirable
Locations
The primary Physical Therapist position is split between Thornton and Fort Collins, Colorado. There is also a separate Colorado Springs opportunity open to either a DPT or PTA.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
This is an excellent fit for a PT who wants the compensation of a high-level clinical role while still having the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one patient care. Rather than a traditional high-volume outpatient environment, the practice emphasizes quality care, clinical autonomy, advanced orthopedic treatment techniques, and a concierge patient experience.
