Quick Look • Pay: $36.75 per hour • Location: ROCHESTER, NY • Work Days: Monday - Friday • Start Time: 1:00 PM • End Time: 9:30 PM Maintain and repair fleet vehicles and equipment so beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely and on time. What You’ll Do • Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence • Use leading-edge tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided) • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts) • Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools • Support our safety-first culture by following all safety standards and procedures—and answering service calls as needed Minimum Qualifications • 21 years or older • Valid U.S. driver's license • Position must be able to lift up to 50lbs (with or without an accommodation) • Position must be able to reach lift, carry, push and pull (with or without an accommodation) • Position requires the following certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty • Position requires at least 1 year of experience or training in: hydraulic and air brake systems, after treatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, using diagnostic platforms, and welding What to Expect • On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training • High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift • Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
