Quick Look • Pay: $40.71 per hour • Location: Arlington, TX • Work Days: Dependent on business need; working 5 days per week, 8 hours • Start Time: 2:00 pm or 10:00 pm subject to change • End Time: 10:00 pm or 6:00 am subject to change Minimum Qualifications • At least 18 years of age or older • Required to work on weekends and holidays • Ability to lift 15 to 50 points with or without a reasonable accommodation • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without accommodation • Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation • Willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment to keep production running safely and reliably. What You’ll Do • Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, and pumps • Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using schematics and electrical testing equipment • Use preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking to support equipment reliability • Respond to maintenance calls, inspect machines, identify needed repairs, and take corrective action • Apply multi-craft maintenance skills to help maximize equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and safety Helpful Experience • Deep understanding of high-voltage wiring (480V 3-phase motors) • Multi-craft maintenance and repair (e.g. performing interrelated repairs on electrical systems and mechanical systems) What to Expect • On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training • High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift • Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
