Own contracts, data model, and test strategy alongside the code. Use Claude Code as a force multiplier with the adversarial-review discipline to catch model drift before it merges. Hold the line on the team's quality gates: tests green, contract parity intact, observability wired in. "Done" means passes the gates — not "works on my machine."
