Primary Responsibilities • Perform automotive preventative services, including oil changes, fluid checks and refills, filter replacements, light and wiper inspections, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks. • Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate services to help keep vehicles safe and properly maintained. • Provide friendly, professional customer service while acting as a trusted advisor to guests. • Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, services, repair procedures, and technology. • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive workplace. • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure the safety of team members and customers.
