Position Highlights • Team-based care model within a high-volume, specialized neuroscience clinic and inpatient unit • Focus on managing patients with all headache types, including chronic migraine, tension-type headaches, medication overuse, and post-traumatic headaches • Access to in-clinic procedures such as Botox, nerve blocks, and infusion therapies • Inpatient management of refractory headache patients within a multidisciplinary care team that includes physicians, APPs, pharmacy, nursing, and a number of therapeutic care providers. Physicians are supported by a team of APPs during clinical rounding on the unit. • Collaborate closely with fellowship-trained headache specialists and neurology subspecialists • Strong collaboration and support from Research Institute to ease participation in clinical trials and scientific inquiry • Opportunities for academic involvement and teaching, including current fellows.
