Job Description: Service Manager (Automotive) Location: Goodyear, AZ Pay Range: $65,000-70,000 annual base, an variable compensatio mplan We’re hiring a Service Manager to lead our service department in —driving performance, improving workflow, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage technicians, oversee daily operations, and take ownership of service results. What You’ll Do • Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow • Manage and develop Service Technicians • Drive key metrics: service revenue, productivity, turnaround time, customer satisfaction • Partner with Sales and Parts to support operations • Oversee work orders, billing, and inventory Systems & Tools • Work within a Dealer Management System (DMS) (DealerTeam preferred) • Use Excel and reporting tools to track performance and KPIs • Maintain accurate scheduling, documentation, and service records • Strong computer literacy and system discipline are essential for success.
