The company is seeking a Full-Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse to join the surgical team east of Gallup, New Mexico. The OR Circulator RN will manage nursing care during surgery, help maintain a sterile and organized environment, and support patient safety throughout perioperative care. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. • Prepare the operating room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment. • Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures. • Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques. • Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records. • Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care. • Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control policies. Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or a Compact State License. • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. Preferred Skills: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification. • CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) certification. • 1+ year of recent OR circulating experience.
