Performance bonus potential Schedule • Monday – Friday • 8:30am – 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break • Must have weekend availability • Will require some weekends and evenings Benefits • 100% Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision • Disability & Term Life Insurance • Matching 401k benefits • On-going training & development, & growth opportunities • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off (PTO) What YOU will do: • Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information as necessary • Knowledgeably prioritize calls according to importance and urgency • Monitor field technicians in order to effectively prioritize their schedules and use of time • Schedule appointments with clients using the right tech/right call guidelines • Data entry into the computer system to track calls and client information as necessary What YOU will bring: • Previous Dispatcher experience (preferred) • Strong attention to details • Conscientious, team player • Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude • Clear background check and drug screen applicable per law • To be considered for employment, all candidates must successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.
